1) Short-Term (Weekly – Minimum 7 Days)

• 5,500 THB per week (includes water, electricity, and one cleaning service upon move-out)

• Security deposit: 2,500 THB

• Key deposit: 300 THB (refundable on check-out)

2) Monthly Stay

• Single-bed room: 14,000 THB per month

• Twin-bed room: 18,000 THB per month

• One free cleaning service

• Water fee: 200 THB/month/person

• Electricity: 5 THB per unit (actual usage)

• Security deposit: 5,000 THB per month

• Key deposit: 300 THB (refundable on check-out)

3) Yearly Stay

• Single-bed room: 10,000 THB per month

• Twin-bed room: 13,000 THB per month

• Rental deposit: 1 month

• Damage deposit: 1 month

• 1 month advance rent

• Water fee: 200 THB per month

• Electricity: charged based on actual usage

• Key deposit: 300 THB

• Includes cleaning service once per month (refundable key deposit upon check-out)

Additional Services & Information

• Cleaning and bedding change service: 500 THB per session

(Please book at least 1–2 days in advance)

• Towel usage (bath towel & hair towel): 300 THB towel deposit

• Check-in & check-out available daily between 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (with complete documentation)
