お堀から少し離れてファイケーオ通りから少し入った場所にあるアパートメントホテル。 近くにはレストランやマッサージスーパーマーケット等があり滞在には困りません。 フロントの女性たち、ルームクリーニングの人達もニコヤカで親切です。 入口はカード式のセキュリティです。夜は入口にガードマンがいるのでセキュリティ面でも安心です。 通りから少し入りますが、レストラン等あって夜の帰宅も女性ひとりでも怖くないです。
