The Vet Boutique Hotel with 28 rooms being under decorating and to be ready for services in early 2019 (April).

It locates on New Sankamphaeng Road (which is the road to many famous tourist destinations such as Sankamphaeng Hot Springs, Mae-on Cave, and etc). It locates in the peaceful area surrounding with a large rice farm. It is only 20 minutes drives from Chiangmai International Airport to our hotel, Only 13 minutes from Promenada Resort Mall Chiangmai, Only 7 minutes from Bo sang to our hotel.

Our Hotel is tastefully designed and fully furnished with modern conveniences with good quality and comfortably bed, mattress, bedding set and large wardrobe. Good quality air-conditioner, water heater, mini refrigerator, 40 inches LED TV, desk & chair, and washing basin.    

Free high speed Wi-Fi Internet in the whole building and free cable TV also provided. There is an elevator and a large parking Lot

Our facilities include indoor swimming pool, and fitness room for your healthy and relaxing. In addition, we provide so many toys and fun things in our Kid’s Club for your family and children’s joyfulness.

We care about your safety and security thus our security guard and CCTV are running 24 hours a day and every days. Room safety by double lock key card, and peephole.

Our monthly room rates are as follows:

1. Standard room, 25 square meters, large bed:

8,000 baht per month for 1 year contract

9,000 baht per month for 6 months contract

10,000 baht per month for 3 month contract

1. Suite with two bed rooms, 60 square meters:

15,000 baht per month for 1 year contract

16,000 baht per month for 6 months contract

17,000 baht per month for 3 months contract

1. Suite with 2 bed rooms, 100 square meters

25,000 baht per month for 1 year contract

26,000 baht per month for 6 months contract

27,000 baht per month for 3 months contract

       The following rates apply to all rents mentioned above:

One month deposit pay on the day the contract signed

Electricity cost 8 baht per unit

Water costs 200 baht per room per month

Room cleaning including bed sheet and pillow slip changed cost 300 baht per time
