1️⃣ LONG-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT (long-term lease)

  Residents must rent the said monthly room for at least 12 months or more.

2️⃣ SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT (short term rental contract)

  Residents must rent the said monthly room for at least 2 months to 11 months or more.

  —“From 2 months to 11 months”—

3️⃣ MONTHLY RENTAL AGREEMENT (monthly rental contract)

  Residents must rent the said monthly room for at least 1 month or more.

  —“greater than or equal to 1 month”—

Short term contract and Monthly contract :

   📍For rooms "size M.1 and M.2" will be able to stay as soon as possible.

  - Customers can postpone the date they are ready to move in "no more than 2 times".

  - If postponing the date of stay more than the amount specified by us There will be a fine of 200 baht per time.
