The Superior Double Bed Room (21 square-meters), with a queen-sized bed (5').
The monthly rental of 10,000 baht includes:
- Weekly cleaning service: change of bed sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels, and refreshment of toiletries.
- 10 bottles of drinking water per week.
- Full set of beddings provided.
- Room located on 2nd floor, accessible via staircase (no lift connected to the floor).
- Water utility included in the rental. Electricity is charged at 12 baht per unit, to be paid monthly.
The monthly rental starting at 16,000 baht includes:
- Weekly cleaning service: change of bed sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels, and refreshment of toiletries.
- 10 bottles of drinking water per week.
- Full set of beddings provided.
- Room located on 1st, 3rd, 4th, or 5th floor, accessible via staircase and lift.
- Water and Electricity utilities are included in the rental.
Other facilities:
Flat-screen TV, refrigerator, water heater, built-in safe, built-in bathroom. High Speed Internet Wi-Fi.
Move-in upfront payment: 1st month rental + 10,000 baht security deposit.
Minimum 1-month contract. Extension of existing monthly contracts gets 10% off which will come to 9,000 baht per month (excluding electricity) or 14,400 baht per month (including electricity).
