Golden House is an 8-floor apartment for rent with elevator, parking lots, coin operated washing machine and coin operated water refill machine.
The price depends on contract length. Starts at 1 month. The rental contract can be sign in monthly-yearly.
We are welcome both Thais and foreigners. Besides, we have stuffs that able to communicate in English through e-mail and telephone. And we can do TM30.

How to go
from BTS Skytrain Onnut station, exit at Exit2, from here you can chose to go by walking or talk motorcycle taxi.
If you'd like to walk, it takes around 9 minutes. Head to Sukhumvit50 road, try to notice signage "Soi Saeng Uthai" on your left side. Enter the alley, you'll see Golden House apartment on your left side.
If you'd like to take motorcycle taxi, you can take it from Tesco lotus, tell the driver "Golden House", it will cost about 15 THB.
