Our monthly rental follows a calendar-month billing cycle.

• The standard rental period is from the 1st day to the last day of each month.

• Monthly rental does not mean 30 days or one month from your check-in date.

• If you check in after the 1st, please confirm the applicable rental rate and billing period with our staff before check-in.

• Guests planning to move out must give us at least 15 days' advance notice.

Example:

If you check in on September 7, the rental period does not automatically run from September 7 to October 6. Our monthly billing cycle ends on September 30, and the next billing cycle begins on October 1.

Please confirm your rental period and planned move-out date with our staff to avoid any misunderstanding.
